In the heart of Mahdia’s medina, an artistic breeze has risen with the inauguration of the SKILA Gallery, a jewel dedicated to celebrating Tunisian cultural heritage. Three stars now adorn the Skila constellation: after the Store and the Lab, the gallery is born, a new light offered to art and memory.
On the evening of August 13, the ancient walls vibrated under the magic of ten Tunisian talents, inviting a meeting between past and present. Their works, like whispers or bursts of light, tell stories of other shores, other horizons—those of Amine Boussofara, Houda Ajili, Ilhem Sbaï, Majed Zalila, Mohamed Ben Soltane, Mohamed Ghassan, Mona Fkih Khouaja, Nadia Zouari, Nesrine Elamine, and Vincenzo Magnani.
In this sanctuary where beauty dialogues with history, the Skila Gallery promises to be a haven for expression, a passage to emotion and discovery.
